Donate to the FCC

The Flatirons Climbing Council has no paid staff, no office space and no company cars.  The members donate their time, and in many cases, their own resources to keep programs and projects moving forward.   A very small grant of a few thousand dollars is our only dependable source of income.  Additional funds can make a big difference in what we’re able to achieve through stewardship and impact mitigation issues as well as public education.

Your donation will go a long way towards maintaining and improving access for climbers of today as well as the next generation.  Please help in any way you can to ensure we maintain access to climbing and bouldering areas in the Flatirons now and into the future.

The Flatirons Climbing Council is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.   Your individual or corporate contributions of cash or in kind are welcomed and are fully tax deductible.

To donate, simply send a check, payable to "The Flatirons Climbing Council" to:

Special thanks to the American Safe Climbing Association(ASCA) for supporting the Flatirons Climbing Council in making climbing in the Flatirons safer.

Fixed Hardware Pilot Program

A pilot program for the placement of new fixed anchors was developed by the Flatirons Climbing Council (FCC). The program establishes a permit process that allows the climbing community to comment on proposed routes that require fixed gear, and is similar to the fixed hardware review process in Eldorado Canyon.
